So Far, So Good
I posted about the fraction game in my last blog. I've played it the last two nights as well, so hey, good deal. I am a bit frustrated. Even though I'm a big dude, I've always been able to run for long periods of time. I'm having to force myself to keep it to a minimum as I reintroduce myself simply because last time I hopped into this hardcore, I hit it too hard and hurt my right ankle. In fact, I hurt it so badly that I started walking weird and hurt my entire leg. I was off my feet for about 8 days! Not good! Here's to taking it easy and doing it right!

Fraction Game
Today I played the fraction game for the first time in a long time! The fraction game is simply reducing fractions in your head as they relate to workout time. For example: tonight I ran for 30 minutes. 5/30 reduced to 1/6, etc.
In other words, this blog is really about working out. I started again, and I'm gonna keeeep it up. :)

Gorgeous
I just got back in town from my cousin's wedding. I'll let the picture above do the talking. Sylvan Lake, Custer State Park, SD (near Mt. Rushmore), was the wedding site. Gorgeous.
Notable to me was the fact that the Bride and Groom served communion to everyone personally. Very servant hearted and very special. Way to go guys!
This was one of the first trips I've taken where my thoughts have gone between the event itself and "I wish Sarah was here." that in and of itself is notable to me. I missed her!

Wired (Again)!
I've been in the Black Hills of South Dakota all weekend for my cousin's wedding. It was spectacularly beautiful! This is just a quick jot down... but it blew me away that I had 11mb worth of email to download when I got to the airport! I thought it would be nice to have a break from being wired, but it just piled up more work for me to do!
