The Happenings as of Late

I promised I would blog more, and I'm trying to live up to that. Blogging is enjoyable, but alas, time is scarce. Here is a summary of what has been going on lately.

First, the new online business seems to be coming along well. Basic product listing is probably at about 50-60%, though it is difficult to say exactly where we stand since my supplier hasn't told me how many SKU's they have. This week, I hope to finish integrating the payment methods into the site. Then, hopefully, folks will start buying.

Jack Bauer seems to be doing much better. For those who don't know, he ran away while we were at my cousin's house, and was loose for four days. This was very scary for Sarah and I. He was finally caught in a live trap baited with Turkey meat. Poor guy stank, had all kinds of thorns digging into him, and was hungry as all getup. Of course, the truth of the matter is that he brought that on himself by running out from under the fence... but that's beside the point. We were glad to have him back.

My gout has been acting up a lot lately. I get it in my ankle, and it makes it impossible to walk. I've had two days in the last week where I couldn't really move. If you read this, please pray that my gout would be brought under control (and that I would be healed of it). This Wednesday I have an appointment with my doctor to discuss what the medicine I've been taking has and hasn't been addressing. Most likely, they will just move me up to a heavier dosage.

This past week, I switched from Comcast to AT&T Uverse. This seems to be working out well - more channels, better internet, and free phone at a lower permanent cost.

That's all for today. Thanks for reading. :)

Sorry I haven't Updated Much Lately!

Hello.
I'm sorry that I haven't updated much lately. I've been busy growing a business, growing a relationship with the woman I believe to be the love of my life, and getting my life in order.

The ironic thing about not having time to blog is that I spend at least ten hours a day on the internet. However, I normally am working on web development for my businesses. It doesn't leave a lot of time for personal stuff other than the occasional Facebook.

That said, I'm going to try to update this a little more. I can't be too specific about many things since my competition will be interested to know what I'm doing (I monitor them, so of course they monitor me).
