I've never seen this before, and it amused me greatly. VIN's contain a lot of info about a vehicle... an '04 Land Rover Discovery's VIN spells, with it's first five digits, "SALTY."
What does that stand for, in the VIN?
S - Saxony England Manufactuerr Location
A - Austin Rover Group, UK LTD.
L - Lorrey
T - Discovery Series II
Y - SD or Series II SE 5 Seat
